ขึ้นบ้านใหม่

สุขขีๆ มีลูกบ้านเยอะๆ สร้างสรรสังคมเยอะๆ แวะมาอวยพรเพราะเป็นคนหนึ่งที่ใช้ Ubuntu และจะแวะมาหาความรู้แถวนี้บ่อยๆ นะครับ :-)

อีกที อ้าวได้แล้วเว้ย วันก่อน โพสต์ไม่ไปเลย

เมื่อตอนที่เข้ามาบ้านใหม่ครั้งแรก ผมใน blog มีปุ่มให้ add comment ซึ่งก็เป็นเรื่องปกติทั่วไป แต่ใต้ comment ทุกๆ อันจะมีปุ่ม reply ไว้ด้วย ... ซึ่งผมเข้าใจเอาเองว่า "เหมือนกัน" (ซึ่งตอนนี้ก็เหมือนกันจริงๆ ด้วย :-D )

แต่ตอนที่ทดลองครั้งแรกนั้น ปรากฏว่ามีลักษณะพิเศษที่ไม่เคยเห็นที่อื่น นั่นคือปุ่ม reply นั้นมีไว้ให้ตอบ comment ไม่ใช่ตอบ blog ซึ่งจะทำให้ลำดับของข้อความที่ post ไปแปะติดไว้กับ comment นั้นๆ ไม่ใช่ไปต่อท้ายเหมือนการ add comment ปกติ ... โดยจะมีการย่นย่อหน้าให้ยุบเข้าไปเหมือนเป็น sub-paragraph แล้วถ้า reply นั้นๆ มีการ reply ซ้ำอีก มันก็จะยุบเข้าไปอีกเป็น sub-subparagraph ... อย่างนี้เรื่อยไป ... มันอาจจะดูแล้วงงๆ และอาจจะทำให้หลายคนใช้ผิดใช้ถูกอยู่บ้าง แต่มันก็เป็น features ที่น่าสนใจมาก :-)

ลักษณะของพื้นที่ที่มีการพูดคุยกันในด้านเทคนิค การใช้ features แบบที่เล่านี้ จะมีประโยชน์อย่างมากสำหรับการบอกเล่า หรืออธิบายรายละเอียดให้กับแต่ละข้อความที่ post ขึ้นไป อาจจะมีการถาม-ตอบกันเหมือนกับเป็น sub-blogs ด้วยซ้ำ โดยมี main title อยู่ใน blog เดียวกัน คนที่เข้ามาติดตามอ่าน ก็จะได้เนื้อความที่ค่อนข้างต่อเนื่อง ... ซึ่งปกติใน forum เราใช้วิธี quote หรืออ้างอิงหมายเลขของการตอบกระทู้มาช่วย เพื่อให้คนที่ติดตามอ่านรู้ว่า แต่ละ message กำลังพูดถึงเรื่องไหนอย่างไร ... การทำเป็น sub-paragraph หรือ sub-blogs สำหรับ comments ต่างๆ ที่ไม่มีหมายเลขอ้างอิง หรือฟังค์ชันในการ quote จึงเป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่ช่วยให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องได้ในการติดตามอ่านของคนที่แวะเวียนเข้ามา

ปัญหาก็น่าจะอยู่ที่เราจะโปรโมท feature ที่ว่านี้ยังไง เพื่อไม่ให้คนที่จะ post สับสนระหว่างปุ่มทั้ง 2 แล้วจะทำยังไงให้คนที่เข้ามาอ่านรู้ว่าอันไหนเป็นการ post ใหม่ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น comments หรือ replies เพื่อที่จะ update ข้อมูลที่แต่ละคนจะได้รับไปพร้อมๆ กัน

ว่ากันจริงๆ แล้ว ต้องถือว่าเป็นวิธีการที่แปลกใหม่และน่าสนใจมากทีเดียว ซึ่งผมรู้สึกเสียดายที่มันถูกใช้เพียงช่วงเวลาสั้นๆ ในตอนที่เริ่มย้ายมาบ้านใหม่นี้เท่านั้น ลองสอบถามความเห็นของคนอื่นๆ ดูอีกหลายๆ ความเห็นก็ดีนะครับ แต่โดยส่วนตัวผมว่าถ้าปรับปรุงแค่เรื่องของการสื่อความหมาย กับสามารถจัดการสื่อให้คนอ่านรู้ว่าอันไหนเป็นการเพิ่มเติมเข้าไปใหม่ได้ แค่นั้น features ที่เล่ามาก็จะเป็น features ที่สมบูรณ์แบบมากเลย ;-)

แวะมาส่งข่าวครับ ปกติผมเข้าไปที่ blognone เพื่ออ่านข่าวมากกว่าร่วมแจมในการตั้งหัวข้อ หรือร่วมในการเขียน blogs ที่นั่น แต่บังเอิญวันนี้สังเกตเห็นว่าในการ Add Comments ของเขามี features ของการ reply เหมือนกัน ซึ่งเป็นแบบที่ผมเอ่ยถึงในตอนแรก

ที่ Blognone จะเห็นแต่ปุ่ม Reply อยู่ใต้แต่ละ comment เท่านั้นครับ ซึ่งการ reply ตรงนั้นจะเป็นการ reply ให้กับ comment และซ้อนลงไปเป็นชั้นๆ แบบเดียวกับที่เคยเป็นในนี้เปี๊ยบเลย ... ส่วนการ add comment ของ blognone จะอยู่ตอนล่างสุดของหน้าจอไปเลยครับ บาง blogs ก็ยาวมากๆ จนแทบจะนึกว่าไม่มีปุ่ม Add Comments ซะแล้ว :-D

เอาเป็นว่า ตอนนี้ก็มีตัวอย่างให้ดูทั้งสองแบบเลยครับ เผื่อว่าคุณมะระทำ poll ให้ทุกคน vote จะได้เห็นภาพชัดๆ มากกว่าการสาธยายด้วยตัวอักษรอย่างที่ผมเล่าเอาไว้ ... ที่นี่เป็นแบบ Traditional ส่วนที่ blognone ผมเรียกว่า Blogs-in-Blogs ไปพลางๆ ก่อนแล้วกันนะครับ :-)
