Linux Mint 3.1 Beta เปิดให้ทดสอบกันแล้ว

ข่าวจาก DistroWatch.com แจ้งมาว่าทาง Linux Mint ได้ออกเบต้าชุดแรกของ Linux Mint 3.1 ใช้ชื่อว่า "Celena" based on Cassandra และ compatible with Feisty and its repositories.

ใน Celena จะมีคุณสมบัติใหม่ๆดังนี้ครับ!

mintAssistant - a first-run wizard that lets the user fine-tune his system;
mintUpload - allows the user to upload any file smaller than 10MB on the Internet;
new artwork;
print to PDF;
improved stability and performance;
new tools and upgrades - Firefox 2.0.0.6 and Pidgin 2.1.1, Tomboy Notes was fixed in order no to show the start note the first time Linux Mint is run, mintMenu and mintInstall upgraded to the latest version, AptOnCD is now installed by default to let the user backup his selection of packages....
